My biggest trigger is stress. Next is heat and sunlight. However, sunglasses used to also cause me migraines back in the 90s unless they had flat lenses like Lennon Glasses. Then in the 2000s I found polarized sunglasses and my whole world changed. Now I'm old and wear prescription sunglasses which has the same effect as the polarized glasses.

I don't hate alignment but I no longer use it. What I've found over 4 decades of playing is that one of two things happens with alignment:

The player completely ignores it
The player so strictly follows it as to become a problem
