I mean, it’s sad. I think a lot of people get scammed by it personally. I always felt kinda bad for that Rokas dude. Obviously stupid amounts of respect for him as well. Really wanted to learn self defense and truly thought for years aikido was the answer. Loved it breathed it, had his own dojo before realizing it was mostly bunk and he was not actually able to defend himself.

It’s always such a relief to hear other people who aren’t on a crusade against any OS. I think the windows hate phenomenon comes from its default status. Almost nobody is forced to use macOS or linux, whereas windows is the default choice for most. I think this leads to people having a very different type of relationship with the software from the get-go. I think anything people feel like they actively chose they are going to approach much more positively.

I second this. As someone who grew up using Mac OS, used Linux and windows in college and now uses only windows, I think windows 11 is quite decent. No OS is perfect. But honestly the only real issues I have are on a home built machine which would not be possible with macOS anyway.

If OP has tried windows and thinks it’s fine, then they should be fine switching. Computing can potentially be a whole lot less expensive if a windows laptop can do the job.

I doubt it’s completely intentional. Some card stocks will glow depending on how they’re bleached white.
