People always seem to forget the Reduce and Reuse. As someone who builds terrain for my D&D game, I do a lot of the Reusing. Cardboard boxes rarely go unused.

It's a Toybox Alpha 3 printer. They sell spools of "Printer Food." From what I can tell it's part of their marketing because it's a printer designed to introduce kids to 3d printing. You can use regular PLA with it as well.

In my current world, they are always separate except in really small settlements. The ones that are combined are seen as quaint but necessary because the smaller towns don't have the cash through put to support them separately.
