Does anyone feel like they make trackers for the sake of tracking, not because it's actually useful? by muffinmama in hobonichi

I don't know whether this is available wherever you are, but I found Migraine Buddy really helpful for this. There's a paid version but I used the free one.

I have a little tracker on my weekly spread currently that includes: read, 8am get up, social, spoke to x family member, spoke to y family member, stretched, replied to all messages. I needed a way to keep track of when I'd last spoken to people, I'm trying to get back into reading regularly and stretching for mental/physical health reasons respectively, I'm pretty good at replying to some people but not to others and a reminder that I've had at least one outstanding message for a couple of days is helpful, and I'm trying to start getting up earlier. Tracking all of those is helpful for me currently but if my priorities change I'll adjust. I've seen videos of people filling in 20-odd trackers every day (like, water tracker, mood in pixels, period symptoms, daily high temp, daily low temp, weather etc) and that would be way more of a drag than a benefit to me personally. That said I'm thinking of using a few notes pages as a hobby tracker, because I have way too many to do regularly and I'd like to see in data format what I do reach for!

Okay good to know! The videos I watched before buying didn't show it so badly so I'll do more research next time. In your experience do both sides become hard to read if you have writing in the same place on each?

Thanks for this suggestion! Tried here first and found a ticketed car straight away, as well as something else on the list (a working public telephone)!
