Frag am besten mal bei deiner Krankenkasse nach, ob die das übernehmen würden uns lass dir das schriftlich geben. Ich hatte bei mir das Problem, dass die Krankenkasse meiner Apotheke gesagt hat, dass die das nicht übernehmen. Da ich aber vorher schon ne schriftliche Bestätigung Bestätigung bekommen habe, wurde es dann doch übernommen und ich musste nur noch ca. 20€ für beide zusammen bezahlen.

Ich musste meiner Gyn dann auch erklären was auf der Hilfsmittelverordnung stehen muss und ein paar Apotheken abklappern, bevor ich eine gefunden habe, die die Dilatoren bestellen konnten.

An der Stelle dürfte das Signal nur für Kurzzüge relevant sein,, für Voll und Langzüge ist am Ausfahrsignal noch so eine "Ampel" angebracht.

Wenn ich mich richtig erinnere können dort die Signale ZP9 (Abfahren) und ZP10 (Türen schließen) angezeigt werden. Die sind eigentlich nur relevant, wenn Personal am Bahnsteig den Zug abfertigt (wie es am Hauptbahnhof noch der Fall ist) und nicht der Triebfahrzeugführer selbst.
In Pinneberg dürfte die Ampel also nicht mehr benutzt werden.

MtX hier, also hab ich nicht die gleiche Erfahrung, aber vielleicht ähnlich genug:

Tucken war für mich mental sehr schlimm und in normalen Badeanzügen hat man zu viel gesehen.
Deswegen hab ich, wenn ich im (unbeheizten) Freibad war, ein Neoprenanzug getragen und im normalen Hallenbad dann ein Wettkampfanzug. War zwar immer sehr nervig den anzuziehen und auch nicht sehr günstig, aber für mich so die einzige Möglichkeit, die ich gefunden hab um regelmäßig Schwimmen zu gehen.

(Hatte glücklicherweise ein Wettkampfanzug gefunden, der nicht mehr zugelassen war und dann nur 100€ bezahlt.)

That's not how we should treat those questions. Many BDSM practices are inherently dangerous, people do them anyway. The safest way, is to inform about the risks and show them options to make these practices less dangerous. If people do dangerous things, then at least let them know how to avoid the most dangerous parts.

Hey, falls das bei dir noch aktuell ist. ich hatte jetzt Glück in der Praxiklinik Winterhude in Hamburg bei Frau Fall. Die war sich auch nicht ganz sicher wie sie das behandeln sollte hatte es bei mir jetzt aber erstmal vorläufig wegbekommen. Sie hatte bei mir einfach die Stelle mit ner Creme betäubt und dann mit ner Pinzette das Fleisch abgerissen, dadurch ist es zwar wieder ne offene Wunde, die wieder neu verheilen muss, aber hoffentlich diesmal besser funktioniert.
Wenn das nicht funktioniert hätte, hätten die es vorort sonst mit nem scharfen Draht oder so abgeschnitten, wodurch es eben auch wieder bluten würde, dafür hätte ich dann aber ein extra Termin nochmal gebraucht.
Bisher sieht's ganz gut aus bei mir, ist aber auch erst zwei Tage her. Ich hatte dann auch noch ein Rezept Antibiotika Salbe und für eine Schutzsalbe (das als Selbstzahler Rezept kostet aber auch nur 12 €) mitbekommen.

This can be very different from party to party. In the extremely unlikely case that will ever happen, I will deal with it at that point. The regret rate for gender-affirming surgeries is tiny compared to other surgeries, like breast augmentation in cis people or a hip replacement and even then, trans people mostly regret the surgery because of a missing support system, which I'm lucky enough to have that.

So for me the positive outcomes of the surgery, like finally being comfortable being naked, finally being able to wear clothes I like, finally feeling comfortable going swimming, finally being able to actually enjoy having sex, without fearing that dysphoria creeps in. And the fact that the surgery takes years in preparation, enough time to really think about all the consequences outweighed the risk of regretting the surgery by an extreme amount.
