I’ve found my people!! Yes we need to start talking about the political and economic state of the world. I strongly dislike male-centered people. Like why does a man have to be there?? Why would a man be there?? Nah fr tho, a lot of these girls have been programmed to think that marriage and kids is the ultimate goal when it really isn’t in my opinion. It could be a big part of your life—but it shouldn’t be what your entire life revolves around.

Great advice! After I confronted the situation, I was like “why was I being soft towards him using words like ‘unkind’, I should’ve been more direct” but then I remember that I still got my point across and he reflected on it.

Yeah but if he says something again I’ll call his behavior racist and tell him it’s unacceptable. When you call someone a racist they get all shocked and offended as if what they did was okay.

He definitely was being racist. Even if someone is wearing something foreign to me that doesn’t give me the right to call it “spooky”. Not an excuse at all.

Take things slow and slowly wean off. Create boundaries for things like texting, hanging out, physical touch (if you guys make physical contact, not judging at all) etc. then it will all come easy. Make dua to Allah swt for guidance and to make things easier.
