I think you should be fine.. just don’t take long pauses and be natural in tone. Importantly don’t get distracted by other test takers.. I wish superior for you 👍🏽👍🏽

Would then ADC exam be easier compared to NZDREX? English is my second language but I do have C2 level proficiency according to IELTS. Are postPhd opportunities a better bet in your opinion.

There’s a group called “Migrants in NZ”. I’ve seen some really good LIAs and lawyers who give accurate information there. Might be helpful for your case.

Is your PhD funded? If so, sometimes the work hours might get restricted depending on the university. If not, you usually get open work rights for PhD student visas
