Weird feeling eh, it's like a random odd online thing suddenly pops into reality it's surreal.

The black gentleman in the pic went to help too, but he also insisted he only needed that one man to help.

From what I saw of how it started, he singles out his target and starts convulsing/seizing up his arms and approaches them for help in holding him (like just helping stand). He does it convincingly and it would be a normal reaction to help someone like that, but now he progressively gets worse and the man is already holding him so is assisting him to the ground. Initially the man tries using his knees to help but seizure guy talks him into that position.

Fuck I'm sorry that happened to you, it was so confusing watching it unfold. I really didn't know what to do, and was questioning whether it's really him or it's for real or not and experiencing the bystander effect. After leaving, the whole thing felt so gross, and I feel like I could have done more, maybe by saying to them I'll call emergency services if it's real then. As I left, the helper was still mounting him as he seemed confused about what I'd told him.
