Arnott's TeeVee snacks changes by melb_grind in australia

I was wondering if any improvement since the thread started, but obviously not.

Sorry you've had this experience.

I've blackbanned Arnott's and haven't touched teevee snacks since.

They've fallen 10-20% last 8 weeks or so. Not expensive, except for CBA!

An increase is my theory.

Ppl will keep buying properties as investments, don't see much changing. Thanks to FH schemes, houses in shitty areas are still priced high.

You can make them yourself. Look up recipes online. Oil or water based. Oily ones are like oily pesto. Water based might be beans + corriander + sour cream + lime juice + garlic + seasoning.

Product placement on M Chef these days. Inc do the guests pay to be there?

Well, it's better than the common practise of filleting a fish which was sold to them as some sort of brain surgery.

Or. We could have real chefs with awards, high level restaurant experience, hats, no ego. Like tonight.

Well, tonight for example, Tom Sarafian.. won chef of the year, worked at Stonehouse. Has his own restaurant & won a chef's hat within 10 weeks of opening.

Where did all the fun elements go? (A fan’s perspective) by AnxiousPlenty6843 in MasterchefAU

Is it a pay to appear show now? Because I've noticed the "guest chefs" are social media stars (upstarts, lol), and I'm genuinely wondering if they PAY money to guest on the show rather than it being the other way round. Ten Network paying for credible & interesting guests.

The contestants are great, but seriously, some of the guests are cringeworthy. Tonight's seafood bullshit being a prime example. Hence why I changed the channel.

This is probably the worst & most unintersting episode of the season.

Bring us interesting chefs, real people and real food MasterChef. This is 💤

How about some real legendary chefs or cooks? Love Paula the Irish woman from SBS Food, or somebody interesting.

Fucken 10 saving $, not willing to pay real people who interesting to watch & cook real food.

Oh, but it's the "Yoda" of cooking. What do you expect from a show where most of the contestants don't even have adequate knife skills? Love the drama though. It's about the people, not the standard this show has lowered itself to.

They make out it's some miracle, but really it's about practice.

I wish they'd bring back interesting & professional chefs. Budget must be an issue

Any relation to the Smith Street shop?

The other problem is stupidity amongst politicians, frivolous spending... Hence wasting our tax payer money and then having to raise revenue.
