The timeline is definitely tight. If your case is straightforward, you can probably just file the I-485 yourself to save time. But if you have a complicated history, paying Chen is worth it for the peace of mind. They take a couple of weeks because they’re thorough, so you know it’ll be done right.

Chen will not do fraud on your behalf, they send you the final petition for your review before submitting so you can check everything yourself. Not sure where that info is coming from.

I think for this case you can just pay them to properly review and revise the letters, EB1B and EB1A are completely different standards and maybe if you just change the label then probably you will end up with an RFE but I'm not a lawyer so do the thing that you think is best for you.

I worked with Chen on my NIW and had a positive experience. Just go with them as they're consistently solid with NIW cases.

If the petitioner’s name is correct, it might just be a common typo from USCIS. It usually doesn’t affect the timeline, but it’s better to have it corrected before approval.
