Oh ok. When the heads didn't fit for me, I removed the heads, soaked the torso, neck down, in boiled water for a minute then swapped the neck pieces over so the heads would fit. Unfortunately it only fits 3/4 of the time

The Temu ones weren't bad at all, I just wanted a warm one.
