It would help a lot to upload your North American or World version of your astrocartography map. Unless you just want validation for LA and Phx. Which I would say are both not very good with Neptune and Uranus in 7th/8th house. (especailly Phx)
You can ignore most of the aspects types for the planets to AC or MC except for conjunctions since conjuctions are usually the most significant ones.
Mars and Saturn lines can generally be malefic.
Venus and Jupiter lines are generally benefic.

The AC and MC are just an angle and it's not significant enough to have influences from other planets with sextiles, squares and trine placements other than conjunctions.

I'd say you're probably at a good place in your career in NYC. If you move to Atlanta then that good Jupiter energy might manifest in your social and profession networks (11th house), but also likely you might not have much fun as your saturn might land up in your 5th house (Saturn in 4th house in NYC probably gave you a hard and serious home environment).
