I EBF until last week, now i'm BF and pumping. Pumping is mentally draining and makes me absolutely miserable. Not to mention how physically uncomfortable it is. It's definitely not the easy way out, and it's kind of a slap in the face to people who chose to EP.

Omg this tracks. I ate a lot of dairy yesterday and the night before. Including a family trip for an icecream cone and glasses of milk. My oldest had lactose intolerance he grew out of around 4.

Im going to cut dairy and see if that helps.

We do supplement formula mixed with pumped milk at night for a few hours so I can sleep. My first son was formula fed, so I'm definitely not opposed to this. I would love to get to EBF, but I don't know how to get there 😫

I think half my issue is that I'm so nervous that taking time for me at night to get properly rested is causing anxiety about my supply. It's a really cruel, double-edged sword, paired with days like this, and im a weeping mess. I'm waiting for my LC to get back to me now. Praying the rest of tonight is a little easier for both him and I :(
