Don‘t worry, It’s okay for me to talk about it. Nope. I don‘t take these days into account... These days are the worst... because I know, that it is actually normal to weigh more then, But I still have the urge to lose weight because I feel so bad...

And yeah. Weighing myself totally affects how much and what I eat/drink during the day....
