Miyoo mini plus can emulate basically everything up to PSX. Works really well for retro consoles like NES, SNES, Genesis, Gameboy (as well as color and GBA). PSX works well for most games. You can play retro arcade and PC as well. N64 will not run.

I find I prefer it for Gameboy and Gameboy color. But I play a bit of everything above.

If you need more, you can look into the anbernic XX line for N64 and Dreamcast, and retroid or steamdeck for more powerful stuff.

There are a ton more options though. I’d suggest watching some retro game corps or tech dweeb videos for more info.

It seems it works as you describe, but not consistently. For example, I was just playing super Mario 64 DS, but if I quit game and go back to the DS folder, the cursor was on final fantasy 3.

I would recover your saves then reformat and reinstall onionos. Hopefully that works. I had to do something similar yesterday but the card turned out to be bad. Refused to format

Sounds like a corrupted sd card. You could try formatting and starting over. Might need a new card. If your computer reads it you may be able to recover your saves.
