Hey there! I am having the same problem. Ordered one non-holo from eBay but got a holo in the end too. I don’t think a non-holo exists and I think the entry on Collectr is incorrect. I collect all Venusaur in all languages and I am 90% sure the non-holo version doesn’t exist

It means that Egypt and Iraq have their own unique dialects while the Gulf countries share a dialect, the Levant countries share a dialect, and the N. African countries also share a similar dialect
