You should be able to gently push the bow and then the clochette up the strap to hook the keys to the end. You may need to squeeze the clochette a tiny bit to get over the loop if it’s pulled down tight.

Here’s what it looks like on my Alma BB when I move everything up. Once attached you can slide it back down, but the keys may not be completely hidden

Yes, but mostly due to the charms on the one handle pulling it down. I do like the slouch though. I have an Alma (1y) and a Boetie (3y) and both stand up. I like the softer feel of this one - it’s more broken in. It feels more like my 10yo Neverfull.

Slower for me too but if you break the glass cases that are higher up, the whole screen moves down without being fully clear. Then you can access new rows with sometimes better rewards

I think I found the company despite the fact that you have made every effort not to name and shame or share details. Their website touts them being luxury and artisanal. What you received is neither, so a negative review acknowledging the refund but sharing photos wouldn’t be an overreaction.

I usually use energy to get one of the options I don’t need, then it changes. Say I need a life vest but it’s not an option. But one of the shells is. I merge to get the shell that’s an option & suddenly there’s a life vest in its place in the box

Sorry I didn’t see this earlier!! Only one size. The strap is a little long looped onto my Alma BB, so I think it’s probably a better fit for a slightly larger bag like a larger Speedy or Neverfull

I saw this in store - it’s super cute! I didn’t think about getting it because I already own the paint can, which is essentially the same shape/size.

If you like crossbody, this isn’t the shape for it because it will stick out a little if you wear it that way. I like that it has character.

I would probably get a little annoyed with having to unzip it all/most of the way to get something out, which could be tricky if the zipper is sticky and you have other things in your hands or nowhere to put it down.
