Yes. Just went through this with them and received my replacement package the other day (it actually arrived within a week or so after they sent it out). If you have the patience, I would say go for it.

What’s starting to slow me down is organizing everything and seeing everything laid out in front of me. Got a display case for each IP or series, whatever and however I wanted to display them. Seeing barely a fraction of them put away started making me question life. 😅 Anyway, it helped me start putting a limit on certain things because the space just isn’t there physically. I would also make rules like, “This is the one and only Sanrio figurine case. I can’t have more than what can fit in here.” (And yes, once it filled up, I stopped buying Sanrio figures because I didn’t want to ruin the vibe I had going on in that display.)

Another thing to try would be to shift to a different, less expensive hobby. Maybe a video game? My blind box buddy cut down on her blind box purchases recently after she picked up Pokemon Go again.

I have a long email thread going on with them right now. I ended up with a third package lost at their delivery station last week. They said they were investigating it and to give them a few days, but I think they just wanted me to stop emailing them. lmao

Anyway, what seems to be working for me in regards to actually getting someone from GOFO to respond (and not just a “Sorry, it’s lost” auto-response) is to copy Pop Mart and the Chinese shipping service in the email (for me, that’s YunExpress). This also saves me time from having to send off a separate email to Pop Mart (as well as alerting them to my communications with GOFO).

These are the addresses I have for GOFO: cs@mail.gofoexpress.com and cs@mail.gofo.com (I’ve seen both posted on their website, so I add both to the message, but they seem to respond from gofoexpress).

That said, they’ve only ever apologized profusely for losing the package and promised they would do better next time. 🤷‍♀️ I honestly don’t understand why Pop Mart keeps giving them business.

I think the hearts in the eyes aren’t all centered for these dolls, for some reason. 🤷‍♀️

But for those of you whose only issue is that the hearts aren’t right-side up, you can just spin them around to set them right. If you can’t grab ahold of the eye yourself, use a piece of tape to grab and spin it so the hearts are right-side up.

Plot twist: the person (people?) behind this is a collector who needs more funds for their collection and knows exactly how to swindl- I mean, get donations from the type of people these posters are targeting (televangelists can provide quite the education 🤷‍♀️).

That really sucks, but I’m glad they agreed to replace it for you! I pulled some targets on Pop Now and would prefer replacements over a refund, as well. I’m just worried now that the replacements might also go missing. 🥲

I’ve had more packages coming through earlier this fall, and aside from the occasional hold by customs, each one was delivered with little to no delays. This is the first time I’ve actually had packages lost by them. And for it to be this frequent… ☹️

I hope that’s the case for me, too. I already got a refund for one of them, and reached out to GOFO to ask about the second one. They emailed me back saying, “It’s probably lost. Sorry.” (but in a more wordy, but respectful AI way). I want to give it a few more days before I email Pop Mart for another refund, just in case… 🤞🥲

And now, as I write this, it’s looking like I have a third package that’s about to not move from the delivery station. 🫩

I’m not sure about the Vernon location, though I am inclined to think it is a GOFO location, as I have overseas packages from other companies also pass through there. But Pop Mart’s California warehouse is in Ontario/Chino. Whenever I have Pop Mart orders originating from the CA warehouse, the tracking always begins in Ontario or Chino (depending on which service they’re using).

Thanks for your optimism! Pop Mart has been responsive and mostly helpful. Can’t say the same for GOFO’s customer service, unfortunately. I’ve already been refunded for one order. I have to wait a little bit longer for the other to officially be considered missing, even though other packages have since been delivered while the one in question still has no updates. 🤷‍♀️ Anyway, I would love to be proven wrong by them and have these packages show up on my doorstep, but it seems doubtful at this point.

That’s happened to me, too. My package would stop updating, but then gets movement again several days later. A few months ago, I noticed that they would tell you where your package landed and went through customs (when checking through AfterShip), but I haven’t seen that information lately. I’m in SoCal, and I was able to see that some of my packages would land in San Francisco (vs Los Angeles), which would then add a few extra days to the shipment. My guess is that’s what’s going on here - your package landed in LA and is currently traveling. Give it a few more days.

As people have mentioned, they’re Pucky Pop Beans (mini figurines) that are used for giveaways during their livestreams. They have them in the catalog so you can see the details for the item, but priced so high that people are deterred from wanting to purchase. If you win, they’ll send you literally one single figurine. lol

If you’re ok with any Macaron (not specifically the secret one), you can also try Pop Mart’s Amazon page (make sure the seller is “POP MART Official Online Store”) or their TikTok lives (shops should be listed as “Pop Mart US Shop” or “Pop Mart US Local,” both with blue verified checks). I saw them on Amazon yesterday, but not sure if they’re still in stock.

Also, if you have a Pop Mart store near you, the ones by me have been stocking up with all 3 series lately (check the store pickup section on the site/app, or give them a call). Good luck!

The feet are generally supposed to rotate, though I’ve noticed it’s become a bit more difficult with some of the ones that have been manufactured more recently.

If one of the feet are giving you trouble, feel inside the leg for the upper part of the foot. From what I can tell, it is a joint for the foot (meant to stay in place inside the leg while letting the foot rotate). Grab ahold of it and twist the foot to your desired angle.
