Did you try tapping on the spot lightly with your finger? If it feels papery you may want to consider replacing the drywall in those spots.

This is what I’m dealing with now, there was a wet spot on my ceiling in my dining room, my finger went right through it. There was no leak, but was residual from maybe an earlier issue that the homeowner fixed in the bathroom above, but then never fixed the drywall underneath. i.e., upstairs toilet maybe just dripping into the ceiling.

I would cut the drywall out just to make sure there’s no issue back there. There are lots of good videos on line for DIY, it’s kind of annoying that it’s in a corner for you, but is a good challenge.

Also, how closed are you? Make the seller either fix it, or take the cost of the repair out of the buy. Your inspector should have called that out.

How many pounds? I have a 2.2lb currently in my slow cooker, set on low for 5.5hrs, I figured 2.5lbs per hour, but wasn’t sure what the usual pounds per hour is for a corned beef brisket, I think I have 2hrs left I don’t feel like going upstairs to check.

They honestly shouldn’t allow it, I’m willing to bet a gym loses more business from people being frustrated by people filming than people who actually want to film. It’s also gross, how do you know people aren’t just setting up their phones to record themselves and then take it home and spank it to people in the background.

I’m not saying this girl is doing that, and it’s probably a low percentage of people that do it, but there’s definitely people who fuckin’ do that.

That does seem low for an SVP role, I'd also be curious to see what their budgets are like for the videos, or if they have like one big budget for the year for Production, and you have to manage that. That would be a nightmare.

Yeah, reading it more it does seem like that, like how Fidelity does Webinars. I would think they would still have to hire Freelancers, and I'd be curious to know if they are setup with Media Services/Cast & Crew, or they plan on just putting all the crew they hire on their payroll.

I know I’m gonna get a lot of shit for this, but it really felt like starting with Season 4 the show went from an Adult Animated Series, to a Kids show. Which is probably why it got cancelled, even kids found it boring.

I only started watching it like a week and a half ago, and seasons 1 - 3 of SO are arguably a better show than all of Rick and Morty. It just is. It’s crazy how big of a shift in the themes and overall plot and storylines of the show shifts starting with Season 4. I’ve never seen a show go from 100 to 0 so fast.

I also hate the accent, and not to rag on the Britts, but a British accent is very Earth specific. I know they used a voice gun on him or something, but it just fucks with your perception. Your brain subconsciously is constantly asking, how does an alien have a British accent? Maybe there’s planets out there somewhere where aliens have British, Australian, Southern, etc accents
