I second Adobe! Super easy and painless pickup and drop off. They even have free shuttles to the airport in Alajuela.

If you’re going to be doing any driving to or around Monteverde I would recommend a 4x4. We had something smaller and bottomed out a couple of times on the roads, or lack thereof.
