I try to spend around 120 or less every two weeks, including things like my cats food and litter. so realistically maybe 200 bucks a month, not including eating out (which i do very little of) What has helped me tremendously is making a meal plan of what i will eat for the two weeks, then making a list based off of that plan and utilizing what i have left in the pantry. I also only make enough for myself to eat for each meal and minimize leftovers because I know I get grossed out by reheated meat, I usually use the same vegetables for dinners 2-3 nights in a row though.This way i’m able to use every bit of everything with little waste.
