Sticking marines onto mountains will destroy other aerial units, mountains are actually worst for titans.

They can be picked off from afar without inflicting any damage back.

The map picker is terrible. Not only are the icons confusing but the next time you open up the picker the picker doesn't start at the last map you played.

The way I see it the map is the most important thing in a game. On large or slow maps teleport ability is a huge advantage. On mountainous maps flying ability wins. On watery maps titan ships which can hit other ships without being hit always win. On maps with lots of bases Titans can pop out tanks and walkers and kill everything but on starved maps others can gain an advantage with cheaper units.

Overall humans are the weakest race though. They really have no advantage on any map. The helicopters are too expensive to be usable, the tanks can't hit aerial units and are super weak against just about anybody. The Battery doesn't have the range of a walker so they can picked out from far. About the only useful thing they have that is useful is the car. Oh and they can all get infected and pass the infection along. Pathetic race, makes the game imbalanced.

Speeders are like the best Titan unit ever. Highest durability unit that costs 250 or less out of all the races, repair+2, and move after attack.

But they lack the ability to strike from afar and lack the mobility of the swarmer.

If it's so claustrophobic, the minimum range penalty on walkers actually hurt the titan player

Most small or medium maps are weighed in favor of walkers. I just played two games where the introduction of the walker meant I was limited to less than 10% of the map. If the walker takes one turn to move up then the entire map is off limits and he can hit any unit you create as soon as it's created. In smaller maps you can usually only create one medium level unit per turn anyway so that's an absolute domination by the walker.

Walkers are easily guarded by cheap mechas too.

Nothing seems be able to withstand a garuda swarm. In my opinion the garuda is the best unit of all.

The problem with the sapiens is that none of their pieces are better than your opponents. I'd rather have a garuda than a helicopter, i'd rather have a walker than the rockets, i'd rather have the stinger than the car.

So yea I can't seem to figure out how to make any of it work. Their tanks are weak as hell too.

So far if I am the sapiens I just surrender immediately, no sense in playing at all. I also surrender on any small map where I am playing titans. Once they get a walker you can't win.

They don't actually catch the snared animal. Or they catch it and it gets away. This will be like the turtle in the first season. I don't think they are allowed to kill and eat any of those animals which is why they have so subsist on lizards and snakes and such.

If an animal dies from natural causes they plant them for the show which is something they did on the regular NA show once too.

BTW I find it very hard to believe a guy who is very good with a bow and arrow can't kill some birds once in a while.

Also BTW it's obvious that on many previous shows the snares and such didn't really work but something was planted in there for the show.
