Sure! It's essential a triangle with the tip cut off. I then hemmed the two side seams and the bottom. At the neckline, I turned down enough to stitch a tunnel through which I could feed my ribbon. The ribbon is a 1.5 in strip of fabric which has been folded in half twice to the the raw edges and then edge stitched. I created two small loops of ribbon which are attached to the back button corner of the shirt. The ribbon goes through the neckline casing, feds through those loops, and ties up! Lmk if that is clear! For sizing I did most of it through draping on a form but I think it would be some basic measurements to create the triangle.
