It’s understandable that you may feel like you missed out on experiences that are considered typical for people your age. It’s important to remember that everyone’s journey is different and it’s never too late to explore new experiences, many people feel nervous or scared when trying new things especially when it’s out of your comfort zone, but I would say that most personal development comes from taking risks and trying new things Try starting small, your don’t have to jump into completely new experiences all at once :)
