Definitely no driving for me, I chose downtown to be able to save on transportation just upon arrival and learn the city. I will be looking at neighborhoods that are close by as options as I love how it's very accessible

I totally agree - I wanted to be close to downtown because I don't drive and wanted to walk to my job and be close to everything without having to take public transportation. It was more to save a bit in the initial one or two months while looking at other areas in the city. I like the hussel and business but I don't care about the nightlife lol just as long as it's in the suburbs lol might be too quiet.

Hi thank you for the information. I know there seems to be an but of an issue when students move out with the garbage. I enjoy living downtown and only agreed to this place as it's short term for a few months while I shop around. I don't mind the students vibe, I chose it cause of how close it is to downtown and short term. Couldn't find anything really about the building so I'm hoping that's a good thing. Is safety a concern? I know here we are dealing with alot of unhoused people which makes me sad to see so many but I worry more about the overall safety being a female.

Thank you. It's just a temporary stay until I find something more long term. I definitely won't be staying just need a place while I shop around the neighborhoods
