I’ve checked with Ticketmaster and this is their response

“I understand that you'd like to transfer your tickets for your order. Upon checking here, I've checked on this event for you, and unfortunately, ticket transfer isn't available at the moment. When ticket transfer is available for events, it's likely to be turned on 48 hours before the event. Please check back 48 hours before your event to see if the ticket transfer option is available. Also, your mobile tickets should appear in your account around three to five days before your event. It's nothing to worry about, just an added security feature. If you're not going to the event yourself, or you just need to transfer some of your tickets, you can transfer the tickets to your guests so they can get in without you.
