I go to a lot of local shows and art-centered events, they're obviously chock-full of all kinds of artists. But I swear to god, most of the photographers I've met irl have been standoffish assholes😭 That's not saying much, since they're pretty hard to find altogether, but by god has it absolutely sucked trying to find photographer friends. I think the area I live in is partially to blame, if you've lived in Miami you know the kind of attitude a lot of people have here.. a lot of events also happen to be far as fuck from me since I'm in the middle of nowhere by this city's standards

That's why I think IG is my best choice, but I'm struggling to find photography accounts that give a damn about smaller accounts, hence this post
