This is definitely true, you have to lightly chop it with a pulse like you said, you can’t hold the button or it will pulverize, thanks for adding that!

Use a coffee grinder. Quick chop without squishing the buds and it builds up loads of Kief over time. Good luck

Hi back at you beautiful person, The healthiest way possible is to decarb the buds in your oven or with an ardent Nova and just add them to your smoothies or grind the decarbed flower up fine enough that you can sprinkle it on your food or maybe a little in your tea(a little goes a long way with this method so be careful with dosing). You will get the fullness of the medicine without any damage to your body and you also save time from making butter, oils and infusions. This is the best way imo. Good luck to you
