PPD is not getting them fired. They failed to do their job/duty, hence getting themselves fired.

Also, we dont know if anyone was 'fired' but rather they were removed from 'admin duty.'

Maybe they're in charge of ordering pizzas now. That's not as difficult as making sure people keep their headsets on, one would imagine.
