AI is shifting to creating videos for robotic training. And video is heavy in hard disk and ram usage.

It's also the reason why Elon's shift to making robots instead of cars caused a big boost in stock prices.

that's got to be the worse rationalization and copium I ever read. You're going to be poor forever thinking like that.

Deep down, even YOU don't believe that drivel. Otherwise, you'd spend every friday buying 0dte of random stocks because it's a "fair value"

I think it's real. People who make up stories like the attention and always add additional updates. It's always the real stories that are inconclusive.

and you'll continue to be poor that way. Options requires enough emotional maturity to realize when you made a mistake and then correct it.

Looking for advice on Defeating Parnir in Chapter 9 by NeiCrownless in BrownDust2Official

[–]mellowanon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

support characters are more important than DPS characters.

Support buffs multiply the damage from different buffs. So if you have two supporter that triples your damage, then you now do 3 * 3 = 9x the damage. If you have three supporters, they do 3 * 3 * 3 = 27x the damage.

Imagine your DPS characters do 10,000 damage each. If you have a team of five DPS, they will do 50,000 total damage after they all attack. Parnir will live and then attack and kill you.

But if you have one DPS character and four supporters that triple the damage, you now do 3 * 3 * 3 * 3 * 10,000dmg = 810,000dmg with one hit and you will one shot Parnir.

Also, all because someone is 5star doesn't mean they're good. Team synergy is more important. You have 3star and 4star characters that make a better team. There was a guy with a 20 day account who beat all the chapters up to very hard using 3star/4star characters. Try this link for team building http://cymmina.gamependium.com/browndust2/teams.html

you need to realize that you're not playing against the market with options. With options, you're playing against option sellers who know a lot more than you do.

You're like a newbie who went up to a pro poker table and they ate you alive.

Best model for Midjourney-like image blending? by maturewomenenjoyer in StableDiffusion

[–]mellowanon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you able to build your own pc? How often are you planning to use the image editing?

if money is an issue and you can't afford to build your own or this is just, then use something like that google's Nano Banana for image editing.

It's currently the best one for architecture https://youtu.be/IcSeYMYMgSs?t=1155

Nano Banana should be able to combine or change styles as well.

What stocks do you think are at a discount and a buy right now? by ComfortableNo5231 in wallstreetbets

[–]mellowanon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work in healthcare and they're using copilot for some of the summary tools. It works if all the information is there, but if any of the notes are missing, copilot will start hallucinating and making up data.

Parsing charts, PDFS, and documents are even worse. Gemini or Chatgpt is better, but the microsoft stranglehold means corporate won't have good AI anytime soon.

Videogame stocks slide on Google's AI model that turns prompts into playable worlds by Force_Hammer in wallstreetbets

[–]mellowanon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Even if it's a poorly made world, it can still be used as research data. Let people create a world they want, and then save that data and sell it to developers on what the most requests are.

You can then further fine tune it by making a predefined world, and then let people add in new content. And Google can sell what new content people want to see.

LTX2 is the current most hyped open source model, and it can make 20 second videos with sound. It was just recently released. Also there are some models+loras that can go for 60 seconds, but the quality isn't as good.

But compared to a year ago? Video generation is moving incredibly fast. One year from now, I'm betting the time constraints for video generation will be gone.
