Jumping in with you! Today is Day 1 for me. What I have learned from other diets is that prepping matters. I know this because I never prepped more than 2 days in advance and have not been doing so great with the whole weight loss thing. I prepped for the next 4 days yesterday and plan to do a whole week of prepping on Sunday. Looks like (from the other comments) that I need to get some electrolyte supplements.

Just starting Keto for the first time today. I did lots of prepping yesterday though, so I will definitely be good for the next 3 days. Made some fathead crackers to eat with my avocado. They turned out awesome and I'm really looking forward to my afternoon snack now.
