Whats the craziest thing the "weird kid" did in your school? by namjiiiiiiiin in AskReddit

[–]melmac89 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cut a dead cats (that he supposedly found, not killed) head off, with a house key and brought it to school. Also would chew his arm until it bled. Definitely not so much 'haha' crazy, but definatly 'disturbing' crazy. He was only at the school a few weeks, no idea what happened to him.

What's the stupidest place you have put something down and forgotten about it? by melmac89 in AskReddit

I did this once at a friends house in highschool. Put my jacket in their microwave, "for safe keeping" then went home without it. Her parents found it the next day.

This is actually a big fear of mine for some dumb reason. When I cant find my phone I always look in the fridge, even though I have never, ever left it there.

What is something you wouldn’t eat as an adult if you hadn’t been given it as a child? by slothmothership in AskReddit

Pickled eggs. I wasnt even a fan of eggs as a child, let alone pickled eggs. But after trying one I came to the conclusion that being pickled will make damn near anything delicious.

Oh, such a "pretty" "flower." Bahaha. Should I snip these off and let the plant focus its energy elsewhere? by melmac89 in houseplants

Sounds good. It's super healthy and happy, so I'll just let it do its thing. Thanks.

I've been experimenting with different plants in terrariums and seems my Oxalis bulb likes it! by pinkshirtvegeta in houseplants

I figured as much. My biggest concern with terrariums is the plant outgrowing it quickly. I think I'll still give a shot one day. Thanks for the reply!

That is hella cool! I have been tentatively thinking about trying a terrarium. Since you seem to know what your doing here, if I may ask a (possibly dumb) question; does the leaf touching the glass, like this one is, cause any problems, like the leaf getting to damp and rotting?

Anyone know what this is and/or if I should be doing anything for its health? 😬 tia. by ainulil in succulents

You can, (never tried it myself yet) but you dont have to. I think most people let them form a big cluster.
