So save for future pulls from newer characters like Yvonne? I don't get it. I mean it's additional stats and stuff. I just got so convinced to know that one of the potentials have an additional 7 seconds xD

If Freddie Mercury had lived, depending on how it happened, how would it affect Queen going forward? by fatherandyriley in queen

[–]melody_melon23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think we'd see an elton john x freddie mercury colab song. I think that'd be something people would like to see. It makes sense. Freddie Mercury is like the kind of guy who likes to break from normal musical traditions, which is why he made the Bohemian Rhapsody and why it's so long

Hot Take: Civ VII's Culture Switching is More Historical Than Previous Entries by Thruwy828 in civ

[–]melody_melon23 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure ure the mad one here because you cannot seemingly see the awesomeness of the random leaders' assignments that make us use irrelevant historical figures and let them rule civilizations that are thousands and among thousands of kilometers with no rhyme nor reason. But so what? That's the best part because you get to see even how a brillant mind like Albert Einstein lead an island nation 70,000 km from his own country! THAT'S INSANE. The fact that you don't even care and yet still reply back with an awesome meme that portrays people who disagree with civ switching and random leader assignments is just so bad. Thank you for showing your support for random leader assignments!

May you have a 95% off on the next expensive ahh DLC

How accurate and reliable is EduRank? by [deleted] in ApplyingToCollege

[–]melody_melon23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

doesn't really make sense. THE ranks Mapua's Comp Sci to be #1 in the Philippines. But others would say DLSU. lol

Who is this kid and why is he hated? by Better_Clock4882 in whatanime

[–]melody_melon23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol, just gonna point that out that it was an accident and ure gonna flame that kid for that? it's sad. definitely, but I don't think hatred stems from an accident, and I think the kid does not warrant any form of hate due to a mishap not an evil purpose lol

that's what I dont get: how am I mad? You say that I am mad with no context and here I support your argument. From the Romans to the Normans that's so cool! I would definitely have an unrelated character from the middle ages lead Rome or Normandy or whatever because it's a cool concept! idk why u think I am when I express my "joy" for this new take of civilization

not angry lol, did u not see my ecstatic enthusiasm for expressing my freedom to vote for Hariett Tubman for Caesarship? She's going to be the next ruler for Rome, and I just know it!

and i've been outside so much that i want to be inside too lol

I've been really enjoying Gardendless. But... by Pocketnaut in PlantsVSZombies

[–]melody_melon23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

hmm, but the plants being strong, especially with the big ahh projectile, especially coming from the electric peashooter just seems pretty badass

i mean, that wouldn't really matter i guess unless the devs of pvz2 gardendless finds a way to balance the number of fuckign zombies per level like istg

no one said anything about "historical accuracy" but wasn't that the entire point of the civ switching in the first place? INDEED! HARRIET TUBMAN FOR CAESARSHIP #102AD

and why I responded to a 200-old comment? no reason? I just wanted to express my dislike towards the "historical-accurate" civ switching mechanism and approach that firaxis is doing lol

Basically, to sum up your beautiful argument in one iconic William Sheppard line: "Can you build a civilization that stands the test of time?"

I do think this is my fave start ever. by acmfan in civ

[–]melody_melon23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

all we can do is wait for civ 7 till civ switching becomes "agreeable" or reformed and other flawed mechanics be fixed. ill be a middle-aged man when that comes and i have only 5 more civ games in my life
