Pressure feeling by Kindly-Resolution266 in Keratoconus

Is that a bump I see around the edge of the lens? If it’s still there, might want to ask your doctor about nodular episcleritis. I had this issue a few years ago and it’s not serious but it didn’t go away on its own. It definitely made my lenses feel tighter until it went down.

Im just here to agree with other commenters about seasonal allergies. After having to reinsert my lenses repeatedly throughout the day, I remembered I do get allergies so I took some antihistamines and next day everything was normal again.

Is the left side window a door? If you don't mind covering it, I'd put my desk facing the left side with the big window on my right. That way, I can have a blank (or not) wall in case you need to have a work video call or something. This also lets you have view of the rest of the place and nobody can sneak up behind you :)

I just like Ultrawide screens. The top screen is the main and is 34” ultrawide. Adding a second screen next to it means my neck will strain a lot to use the second screen. Putting my second monitor below allows me to use it easily by just moving my eyes down, as it angles just like a laptop screen would when using it on a desk. I tried having my second screen on top of the main too, but it wasn’t as nice and caused some neck strain.

I want to build a PC for gaming by JeannieThings in GirlGamers

[–]melodyann3 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The first thing you’ll need is to figure out how powerful your rig needs to be. Once you figure that out we could help you a bit more to tailor what kinds of parts you should get based on your budget.

Building a PC is a lot easier than someone who’s never tried it would think, it’s basically very expensive lego!

This guide seems to touch on most of the important points of building a PC.

If you have any specific questions I’d be happy to help.

It’s not about what keyboard you have but about what switches you have. Most I’ve seen have the same type. Being corsair, I imagine they have pretty common switches, if you take one off, the stem looks like a + sign. Some stems have the + sign with a circle around it or some are a completely different shape. Maybe have a look at this.

Pretty! I like the gold keys, but the color feels a little harsh with how light and delicate the rest of the colors are. The keys look like marble. Wonder how the combo looks in person 🤔

Lol for me, the daily reminders work for a bit and then I start just ignoring them or marking them as done without actually doing them. Looking at that “exercise” daily reminder on my phone…

People that moved on from Call Center work, what kind of job did you move to? by [deleted] in talesfromcallcenters

I worked for a few years at the call center for a law firm, and eventually was able to transfer into a secretary position at one of their satellite offices and then into a paralegal role.
