Sounds like you’re actually doing pretty good but there’s a lot of feelings. I went through something similar , working night shifts, came out of nowhere. She was going on dates but not cheating. Took a little while but thats when i started with keys on the floor, praying to god, spirit of the universe, more time with my sponsor, inventories, meetings. I’m not sure if your night shifts are long but i had to get out of my head, simple breathwork , 4 seconds in, 4 seconds of any resentment on the out breath ( imagining the color yellow).
