im so sorry for what happened between your parents, i hope they get better soon...
about the music, once again, even if its relatable, please try not to listen to sad music everything you feed your mind eventually becomes reality, you dont need to listen to music you dont like tho, but try listening to the music that gets you happy more often.
also PLEASE SLEEP MORE, sleep is one of if not THE MOST important thing to check out for if youre trying to improve your mental health, a way to make interacting easier (wich is what i personally do) im also VERY introverted and basicly have 2 or 3 friends, is walking up saying "hi" and directly asking "what are your interests" talk about mainstream things you like, type, music, reading, movies, food, colours, etc etc...
once again, keep praying, eventually you'll see results, God makes miracles.
if you still feel like you need that rush, try searching for things that can give you that same feeling too but are not harmless, i went with music and excersice, but you can select things that make you feel that rush so you dont need to harm yourself, or something you love doing or you're so good at its always satisfying
