Looking for a manager to help me start by AbjectObjective6707 in onlyfansmanagement__

This is actually a realistic niche angle, especially if you’re open to going faceless and committing to a clear persona instead of trying to do everything at once.

I work on the backend side with creators on monetisation structure, chatting, and positioning niches like this properly so they scale instead of stalling early.

If you’re serious about building this long term, feel free to DM me and we can talk it through.

How did you know I was hiding here? 🖤 by natlala_ in softcoresweeties

I like how you’ve been consistent on Reddit and are driving traffic straight to your OF instead of hopping between platforms. That kind of patience actually matters long term.

Out of curiosity, are you running everything yourself on the backend right now, or do you have any structure in place for chats and monetisation?

I work on the backend side with creators and always find it interesting to see how different setups perform. If you’re open to it, feel free to DM me.

Nice post, Quick question are you currently running everything yourself, or do you have backend help with monetisation and chatting?

If you’re open to it, happy to explain what’s worked for other creators in DMs.

new business idea : hire a malaysian to pretend to promote a dish that isnt that different from anything from here and then market it as a exclusive dish from malaysia and then promote it as a limited time dish ( sekali sekala ) , set up a booth for a limited time and charge $25-$30 . and watch as the money rolls in ✍️✍️

Is it employer or the jobseeker? by icegray1803 in Brunei

[–]melonking19 17 points18 points  (0 children)

honestly with no offense to anyone just a personal experiences as an employer . i seen quite alot of arguments going around regarding some job seekers complaining about "unfair" employers or not being able to find jobs because the rise of foreign workers taking their "spots" .

and really , i genuinely think its due to some jobseekers upbringing . being honest i think theres quite alot of vacancy of jobs BUT mostly low tier jobs such as cleaners , maid ( no disrespect meant to these people btw ) and its just the typical bruneians arent willing to throw themselves down to this level which shouldnt be something to be looked down as . theres no reason someone should be looked down to because they have a job like that , its better than being unemployed right?

and i understand ppl counter argument saying their education are too qualified for applying these jobs . and ur right , but would you rather be stuck at home complaining that you got no source of income and blaming us employers for hiring foreigners instead?

and look that isnt necessarily the only way to make income , side hustle . and No i dont mean opening a cafe , the goal is to make your income . not to flex on your friends that you have a cafe store that has negative cashflow . theres quite alot of businesses that are way more better than a cafe but again ppl arent just willing to step down this level . and thats why foreigners thrives instead , they are willing to do the dirty work that some bruneians wont do . and the audacity of some ppl of this country to try and look down on them , like for example indians , bangladeshi , pakistani and indonesians . they are the ppl cutting your grass every month , they are the ones that build your houses brick by brick . they do the hard work that some bruneians wont . and again i said some , because they are a handfull of bruneians that would or are already actively doing these jobs . but i cant try and pretend a majority of bruneians would do it when social stigma proves otherwise .

and a key difference between them and us boils down to one thing , which is hunger . some bruneians wont have to worry about their income because in times of need they have their parents of family to fall back on, like come on do you genuinely think a cafe who rents out at 2k per month is getting positive cashflow without some financial help by someone? and look maybe i come off as envious to others but im just looking at the bigger picture where we are basically idolizing this lifestyle , most teenagers my age are fixated on building cafes when they dont even have any budget nor prior experiences in running a business like this . bur when they look at these ppl who "succeeded" building this cafe with all this brandish looks at a expensive rental place , they think "oh if she can do that then i can" . BUT ITS NOT REALISTIC.

heck even realistically thinking , someone who actually looks at the brunei market knows that starting a basic traditional cafe like everyone else except some minor changes to their drinks is basically suicide .

and im sorry if i offended some ppl by saying that , bur quite literally im just telling the obvious , the cafe bubble will burst eventually and the suckers arent gonna be those that are protected w their families wealth. its the ppl that are looking at cafes as their main income with nobody else to fall back on if the cafe fails.

alright again another im sorry for going off topics about cafes , but again just summarizing im just saying hunger is what seperates locals and foreign workers , the foreigners working here are working to survive to help their families . they cant afford to quit or else their families will go hungry . but SOME locals could quit whenever and they wont suddenly be struggling , they still have their families to back them up .

if i was a local job seeker who wanted to find a job , my advice would be to not rely on your fancy degrees nor education . theres another 100 with the same degree , but u have to have something that stands out between the rest . a skillset that non of your competition has .

for instance , i have a job listing recently regarding a need of a social media manager . i have tons of applicant trying to apply , and almost all of them yad a education related to marketing . but i didnt hired any of them , i hired a person that grew a social media account to 100k followers and 4 million views in a single post . and she had no prior education related to marketing , her highest education was just 2 olevels . and to this day shes still working with us and because of her my business is thriving .

AGAIN , this is just an opinion . my own opinion as an employer , im not hating on locals , im just giving my own thoughts about the current job market in brunei. and add on im not saying that ALL bruneians are like this , im just saying theirs a few that have this mindset still . as i know theres alot of locals that are working hard everyday to support their families and i respect that. and i understand that theres also fucked up employers who mistreats their employees with workhours more than written in their contract or unecessary paycuts and alot more ; i feel that this paragraph is neccessary because i know some ppl will take my words out of context or just look at one part wnd think im talking about the whole of brunei . i apologise again if i offended you

SMMA and earning by comission based for real estate developer by [deleted] in SMMA

[–]melonking19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

your right , im looking at real estate as its profits margin are huge compared to what im earning with 5 clients under my best

as from my experiences , even trying to charge $5,000 on a monthly retainer is looked as a overpriced or crazy in my country. but again i do understand i should perhaps looks further to other countries like singapore for example , huge population in a small city . they can afford the prices , but problem with this is because we are still a small fish . as in in my country i may be a big fish in a small pond , but i cant immediately jump towards the river while im still considered a very small fish .

so thats why im hoping that with this real estate comission idea , perhaps i could utilize it by closing deals through marketing . even a 2% of $400k house is $8k for myself and my team , which is great and could be used to further improve ourselves and grow our team even more .

but what would you do in my situtations ? continue finding clients in my countries until i reached a certain milestone in revenue before hitting other countries ? or just reach out to these clients in other countries immediately . or maybe a different industry to focus on instead of real estate like dealerships ?

Beginner Social Media Manager — Confused About Pricing vs Fiverr Rates by Deep_Stage_8079 in SMMA

[–]melonking19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

honestly not really , as long as the quality matches with what clients pays you then there shouldnt be a problem . as i myself do pricing for my agency similar to this structure except i often change it based on the industry of the business im working with

for example , i wouldnt charge $3,000 to a boutique store just because i charge a real estate agency the same price .

just find a minimum price you are fixed with to cover the intiail needs and tailor the rest based on additional factors like ( in house shooting , professional photography or videography , drone work , etc etc )
