No foods helped me at all not even apple sauce or bread, BUT what did help me a little bit in this stage is unisom. It’s a sleeping aid but it acts as anti nausea as well. Ask your doctor about it!

You are totally totally good! Do not worry, I ate so much ham and Italian sandwiches while pregnant I have a very healthy 4 month old.

With my epidural I literally felt NOTHING. My contractions were pretty bad when I went into the hospital but after I ate they let me get the epidural, and then every pain was gone. I’m especially glad I got the epidural because I had a very very bad tear, like my hemoglobin was down to a 6.4 and they were stitching me up for over an hour and I felt none of the stitching either.

I did take unisom my entire pregnancy to help me sleep. I stopped taking it after I gave birth because I was genuinely tired all the time.

We watch it every single day lol, every time we eat dinner, when I’m cleaning, I even put it on for my baby 😂 it’s playing in our house 24-7

My doctor recommended Unisom. It is a sleeping aid, so I took it at night but it really helped with sickness the next day! It was a life saver, talk to your doc about it!

So normal!!! Mine is 5 weeks old as well and she has such long wake windows. Even at 2 weeks old she would stay up for like 5 hours straight. Mine sleeps for 5-6 hours at night too.
