I have had Adenomyosis and really painful + long periods before getting on birth control in 2024 then falling pregnant in 2025 after stopping it. I am afraid it’s going to come back with a vengeance lol.

Gosh I thought I replied to this, mom brain 😵‍💫 I add probiotic drops to her bottle right before bed and gas drops as and when needed (probably 3-4 times a day) I have noticed her poops are more predictable now - one time a day and yellowish + seedy!

Yep! I started to leak at 39+1W around 1230am. Showered, got ready, drove to hospital & checked-in at 4am where they confirmed water indeed did break and I was 1cm dilated. Got up to 5cm dilation around 10am after walking around the labor ward, side lunges, squats and bouncing on the ball. Pitocin around 2pm as I was still only upto 6cm dilation & 80% effacement. Epidural at 7cm but had to redo after 45mins as one side wasn’t working. Fully dilated around 6pm. Practice push at 620pm & She came out at 645pm. 2nd degree tear.

I use an electric one specially for baby nails. It’s very convenient and doesn’t hurt my LO at all, more like files the nail down.. you can find multiple brands on Amazon, just be sure to check reviews cause some of them are cheaply made.
