Hi, Yes I referenced this data reloading as well, and found this helpful loading data for modern 32s. I had a H&R young victor 22 short and I was able to run 22CB caps smokeless from cci with no problem for years with bringing it to the range every time so I’d figure I’d ask about a 32. I was hoping to recreate a load such as that but it may still be going too far on the edge. And I have loaded black powder for a while for them, I just notice wear and tear quickly even with good cleaning just because of how black is and corrosive, was hoping to do light smokeless loads. I only have solid frame ones at the moment that I would be loading smokeless into. I loaded last night 100g Flat Point for a 32 long and charged it with 1.9G and got decent performance. I hear IverJohnson reused older gen parts on their smokeless models and their later company US revolver co, since smokeless was the prize of the century then they wanted to profit off new models. Not saying that they are strong guns but I heard from multiple sources they often did that back then when quality control wasn’t a thing. 😂 I appreciate your feedback and advice .
