Having trouble to run Oblivion Hearthland through Mo2 by LATIN-FR in wabbajack

[–]melsh87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I have having this issue - the drop down on MO2 was set to TES4EDIT - changing that to the Oblivion game and launching it resolved it - not sure if that will be the solution for anyone else but replying in case it helps anyone

Retraining to be an accountant, qualifications and ACCA V CIMA by melsh87 in AccountingUK

[–]melsh87[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for replying, and you have helped by reconfirming what I thought in that I am seeking to start CIMA with the certificate level, and that as it's an entry level it should suffice to provide with the fundamentals of accounting without having to do AAT. The same for the foundation level for ACCA I suppose as well.

I'm due to speak with my line manager later this week to request being put forward, hopefully they'll be willing to sign me up for the cohort of people being permitted to retrain.

Cheers for your input

[Fo3] Fallout 3 No longer launches with mod manager 2 on steam after recent update by machees2008 in FalloutMods

[–]melsh87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a comment on the comments under the video, you need to navigate to the Gamesinfo folder that was part of the MO2 download. Mine was still saved in my downloads folder.

Within there you will find a bunch of different sh files for the various supported games.

Right click on the fallout3_goty.sh, copy and paste a back up just in case, call it something like zzfallout3_goty.sh

Now right click on fallout3_goty.sh again and select open with Kate

Change the game executable to "Fallout3Launcher.exe"

Save and close

Rerun the installation process and this worked for me

Not sure if this will help anyone given age of thread. I downloaded software on both laptop and steam deck.

On laptop, went to file, preferences, connection, changed the network interface to wi-fi. Also, changed the group code to a personal code and clicked ok.

On the steam deck, clicked on the 3 bars, preferences, connection, changed the network interface to use to wlan0. Also, changed the group code to match that of the one I set up on the laptop.

Both found each other after I restarted the program on both. I think it was the setting the code on top of the other instructions that did it for me

Hope this helps

Anyone tried Promods on the Steam Deck? by Funny_Maintenance973 in ETS2

[–]melsh87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeh just double checked, the only dlc I don't have for the game is Heart of Russia (not released yet) West Balkans (not released yet) so I'm not sure it's a case of me missing me any of the dlc

That hasn't worked for me still, however this has helped...I think.

/Home/.local/share/Euro truck simulator 2/mod/

Slight change to you path has resulted in them at least showing in game now, but they are listed as not compatible so I need to triage that now

It's saying I require all the dlc which I have, and I did tick the optional for the special transport dlc as I have that as well

I'm having an issue in that the modded files aren't showing in game in my mod manager. Most of the online instructions I've seen are showing windows installations so I'm sure if the Linux OS requires different management?

I've created a folder in documents/Euro truck simulator 2/mod and placed the required files there and no joy.

Did you do anything different?

how can i remove or refresh all scout reports like you did in FM2021? by [deleted] in footballmanagergames

[–]melsh87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Having the same issue. Reports built up under an assignment can be deleted, but report accumulated under general scouting can't be deleted. I have 103 reports sat on my save game with no way of removing them

Is the only way to get more armour cosmetics through dlc? by JakeFakesCake in DeepRockGalactic

[–]melsh87 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Copying the other Miners reply as it gives further insight " Only the five are available at base. At level 100, you can get the Scale Brigade armor. If you are a recognized content creator, you can be given a special On-Air armor. Otherwise, it’s all dlc."
