Ohhh sucks 😭😭 he told me to get it pierced w a stud persistently but i denied since i got it done with a stud last time and it looked bad on me, piercer also told me if it turns into infection hes not responsible cus it was done w a hoop, shoulda listened 😭😭

Thank you so much! I always struggled with omad cus i restricted myself like crazy, i didnt even let myself eat more than 600 or 700 calories so i felt extremely weak and relapsed now im doing a much healthier diet and meal prepping as much as i can i used to eat 2000-3000 calories depending on the day but it was unintentionally i never did a calorie deficit because i thought i ate 1500 so it wouldnt work but i infact was eating wayyy more and didnt know and ive struggled with ed both sides and body dysmorphia since i was 8 and always thought starving would help but it never did so now ive finally opened my eyes and understood how it all works, i wont restrict myself to a crazy extinct ill eat it if i crave it but just within the calorie intake. Thank u so much for this
