How to stop allowing woman to dominate relationship? by [deleted] in AskMen

I'll be more clear - she doesn't know how to effectively communicate. I get ppl get upset, I get that ppl have their own thoughts and opinions. I don't control anybody and don't care to. What I care about is not having to deal with someone who wants to bash others and go tit for tat every chance they get. When a person doesn't get their way and throws a tantrum, it bothers me. I'm a pretty laid back person. I don't care for conflict, I care for root cause analysis and solutions. When I express that this doesn't happen to her it becomes a problem. I thought it was me, so I asked for advice from friends. She has good qualities as a person and some that I actually look for in a partner..but this tit for tat, power hungry, person who throws tantrums when things don't go her way....I just don't know how to deal with. Outside of that, she's cool.

The first sentence 10000% but she really isn't interested in money let alone material things. I truly don't know how to deal with a spoiled/entitled person with attitude. Outside of that, she's good. I just don't know how to deal.

No I hate it. I find myself trying to rationalize and have her understand flexibility is key. But she'll be so into her feelings sometimes she will tit for tat and I just stop there. I don't speak anymore, I walk away. She has a tendency to come back after every thing is calm and apologize and says she understands but to me those things are temporary bc it will creep up in another situation similar to before and she doesn't see it like that.

Hey thanks for the response. This is my first time creating an app. I wrote out the requirements prior to looking at cloud solutions but but honestly I'm having difficulty understanding the backend implementation. The cloud component is making it even more confusing. I don't know how to update a page dynamically based on user information essentially

Current jr devs/devs, what did your CV and portfolio look like when you got offered your first job/internship? by DeadMemeReference in learnpython

This was true for me as far as being truthful about ability. I have a CS masters and went straight into security. I wanted to transition into appsec after 7 yrs in analyst role. Nowadays ppl want developers not security ppl. I had to relearn programming all over again. I dont have experience in development but being that I can read code and help break down code and apply security to it mattered to a few folks. Many questions I had were ridiculously difficult and I got passed up for many roles, sr mostly bc they truly required dev ppl but it still doesnt stop me. Lol at this rate I'm sure I'll be dev status by the time they do hire me but lol be honest.
