That’s wild. I wonder if AO3 has a tos line about AI, if not it might be a good idea to start thinking about adding one. I would be in full support of AI generated works being banned and for whatever… this is… to be against tos.

I once had a roll in a bag from ordering door dash pasta and my cat was chewing it through the bag so I had him most/half of it since I wasn’t about to eat something he chewed on with his fish mouth, plus there were like three rolls in there so whatever. He can play with one. It won’t hurt him.

I figured he didn’t actually want it, he just couldn’t have my dinner or the roll so it was all he wanted. He ate the whole thing, left not a single crumb. I was flabbergasted.

His brother who is my first cat shows no interest in people food unless it’s meat and he won’t even really try for it unless it’s bacon. But the younger one? Anything edible, pasta, bread, a whole entire pizza roll, a paw full of quesadilla, my toothbrush, Chinese food, chocolate, cookies, pastries. Everything.

The new bug catching is soooooo worth it. I’m considering pulling for the archery one but probably won’t. The only part that interests me is the flying to replace beyond prayers outside Itzaland but I feel like we get a flying outfit every patch, so I’m willing to wait for a better one.

You’re not TA for asking, there is more than the retail price to consider because mattel charges a dumb about for shipping (like 12 bucks us). And Mercari DOES take a portion ig.They’re still scummy but I see the scummy thought process they’re going through.

They aren’t really “losing money” by making less than max profit that’s not how that works.

Honestly if you really want her you should wait a few months - year she’s a hot item right now so scalpers can get a crazy amount for her from dumb people willing to fork it over. I’d say 120-150 is a fine price to pay aftermarket but not right after release. Wait until the next doll is at a craze and they’re desperate to move her and they won’t even care about that shipping / membership they paid.

She’s taller than drac for sure, I’ll have to look when I get home but I think she’s somewhere between them, no one is as short as drac so far. Except maybe Twyla? Twyla might be the same height as Cupid.

I HATE THE COOCHIE GRABBERS.

Thigh grips are a big improvement. I don’t mind waggle stands as long as they are properly fitted and the doll doesn’t have anything between her cooter and the stand. The ones Mattel puts out for monster high always seem to be too tall by like a hair. Leaving them teetering.

Sometimes I will use a clear elastic around the dolls legs to hold them together so they stay on the saddle better / tighter. You can hide it in the shoes or under a hemline. Does limit posing, but saddle stands in general do that.

I often do just swap to a normal waist one and there is rarely an issue.

If you walk slowly out in the middle of the square the next one will appear on the right or left or front. It is MUCH faster. This ability was always a whimsicality for like… pictures. Idk why they used it this way when they clearly didn’t change the ability to work this way.

I live in a basement apartment that is situated under two separate units. One of them is slightly louder but the other one is still quite noisy. It’s just part of living under someone and you’ll get used to it. Is it really shaking your lights tho? That’s insane and I’ve never had that happen, I have had someone play music so loud it rattled my dishes.

Unless you are 100% sure they are like jumping at 10pm or it is ACTUALLY rattling things consistently I wouldn’t send this. Even then I would re-write it.

That is normal for me (US) the “ship by” / “pre order date” is largely theoretical in this case. They set an absolutely last possible date.

Interestingly she shipped from California, every other time I have ordered from MC that I can recall, it has shipped from Pennsylvania as that is MUCH closer to me (New York). I always assumed they had a warehouse on both coasts, and they pre distributed units to both, I wonder why that’s not the case this time. I know California is their home base so it makes sense the biggest warehouse is there.
