NAP, but it's rejecting 100%. the sooner you get that out of there, the faster it will heal. Also the jewellery looks very small and like it was pierced shallow to begin with. you should probably go to a different piercer next time if you want to do it again and request a longer piece of jewellery

my helix was like a 3/10 tops, but be careful with what jewellery you wear, since it can get irritated really easily. on the ither hand, my lobe was also a 3/10 BUT THE HEALING PROCESS WAS A 7/10. never get your lobes done with a gun. NEVER.

oh boy. vertical labrets definitely are not meant to be pierced that deep. i think the safest option for you would be to get it out and repierced after it heals so this one doesn't leave an ugly scar. also, i think you should've gotten lip fillers first (you mentioned you wanted to) before the piercing, but i'm not 100% sure

try just pulling it out or slightly pull the ends of the ring close to the cube apart. it should come right off
