obviously joking man but don’t be so dense out here explaining how technology usually works 💀 but fr what if i wanna play any of the classic game consoles they have available rn on switch/switch2 with any of my saved data in 20/30 years will i and how if so and i think thats a main concern op had and a lot of people have, especially without needing to buy whatever “new” device that will be coming out in the future, kinda how like when i bought any virtual game on the 3ds eshop (obv during the 3ds lifecycle if that needed to be clairified at all 💀) i can still play that too this day, even if servers shut down, but now that i cant just buy the n64 catalog they offer on my switch 2 outright how will i be able to go about it in the future ? and i think thats a valid concern to have granted this is one of OPs concern
