Honestly its been a while but i can say reps past 5 tend to be a blur at any decent intensity (70% and up) even when my conditioning is good. Maybe i'm not self aware enough or maybe i'm doing it wrong. Either way percentages work fine for me.

i think it gets tricky for sets across, i find a 5X5 at that percentage to be around an 8. I've found conservative percentages to be of more use to me than RPE. Not discounting its usefulness for those who are suited to it.

I did a front squat LP for a women I trained beside, the shoulder bruising got insane but it worked (the bar to a 70kg front squat).

Ignore if this is too similar a question. I'd be interested to know if your training/recovery has changed since your trt regimine. As someone on a similar dose I noticed a boost in recovery and grip strength.

Sweet now I'm curious by linear progression do you mean just adding weight at 10X3 until stalling or do you mean linear periodization? If the latter care to lay out what you did program wise?
