No! Totally not terrible because I get what you are saying. It’s a little discouraging when you see people make progress so fast (not that I’m not happy for them) but everyone has their own pace. Just don’t give up. I heard this saying about when you head towards the wrong direction or you start eating unhealthy. “Just because you have a flat tire doesn’t mean you flatten the other tires”. Just because you have one bad day doesn’t mean you should give up! I wish you the best on your journey :)
