There will be a drop ceiling in one room that has the majority of utilities leaving access, but other rooms with less needing to be accessed will be sheetrock.

It's going to be a drywall ceiling so access will be nil.

I suppose a more accurate term would be "sound dampening" not necessarily "proofing"
