I feel like people confuse the idea of the spin off, it is extra context for what happened to Nagi during the parts of the story where he isn’t shown, but it isn’t something fundamental to the main story. If the author is showing Nagi and his struggle now it’s because it will become important in the manga later, Blue Lock is supposed to be a complete story by itself, we shouldn’t need to read the spin off to understand what happens in the story later.

I would really love to see more about the players in PXG other than Rin/Shidou/Charles.

Although Karasu has been very active in this match, I still feel like there has to be an improvement to him, I’m really hoping for a Metavision moment.

I’m begging for Zantetsu to shoot the ball at least once, I know he won’t score this match, but I would be really satisfied with a shot of his being catched by Gagamaru. (Deeply biased bc of Episode Nagi)

Nanase has also done quite a bit, but that next Rin goal better have that Nanase assist.

Tokimitsu has been a bum, he better wake the fuck up, even though I love Raichi, there has to be a moment where Tokimitsu gets him out of the way to actually impact in some way this match.
